What Coral Moon Ventures Inc. collects, why, and how to reach the person responsible for it.
Who is responsible
Coral Moon Ventures Inc. is an Ontario corporation based in Kitchener-Waterloo. The director of the company is accountable for how personal information is handled. You can reach that person at hello@coralmoonventures.com.
What we collect
- What you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, business name, email address and your message.
- If you become a client: the contact, billing and project details needed to do the work and invoice it.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If you switch between the light and dark look, your browser remembers that choice on your own device and it is not sent to us. A message sent through the contact form is delivered to our inbox by email and is not stored on the website.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to quote and deliver work you ask for, to invoice it, and to keep the business records the law requires. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for anything else without asking you.
Who else handles it
- Google, which provides our email and document storage.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website, receives contact form messages on our behalf and keeps standard server logs such as IP addresses.
- Resend, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
These companies may store information on servers outside Canada, where it is subject to the laws of that country.
Marketing email
We only send marketing email where Canada's anti-spam law allows it. Every such message names us, includes our mailing address and has a working unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within two years. Client and accounting records are kept for as long as tax law requires, which is generally six years after the end of the tax year they relate to.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Write to hello@coralmoonventures.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
